Barcelo Añejo Rum

Obtained from fresh juice extracted from our sugarcane plantations, aged for 4 years in ex-Bourbon oak barriques. A top-quality rum with an adventurous spirit, synonymous with the purest taste of the Caribbean, worthy of the noblest Dominican tradition.

Tasting Notes:

Bright amber colour. Seductive fragrances of melted caramel, with marked hints of pepper and tobacco. With a dry body and a delicious fruity flavour and a slightly spicy aftertaste.

Ron Barcelo Anejo Rum is reminiscent of Toffee, pickling spices and lanolin on the nose. A smooth entry leads to a well rounded, slightly fruity dry medium-bodied palate with roasted nut, dark caramel and vanilla bean. Ending with a delicious buttered nut, spice, caramel fade, Ron Barcelo Anejo rum is hedonistic aged Caribbean rum.
